Showhomes
We provide home staging, home management, and home updating services for residential properties. Our customers are typically homeowners, builders, and other real estate-related clients who want help preparing, decorating, or improving a home for sale, rental, or everyday living. We also rent and sell furniture, artwork, and accessories as part of those services. In some projects, we place Home Managers in a property to live in and maintain it as a model-style home while paying a program fee and covering certain housing costs. We operate through locally approved locations, often a home office, and we may work with third-party contractors and real estate professionals to deliver the services.
