Mar 23, 2026Loved our time with 9Round, however, they grew too quickly and didn't support franchisees with client acquisition. They got greedy and wouldn't allow franchisees to work with companies that could have helped us grow.

Mar 6, 2026Shifts in the industry have made it increasingly harder for a product like 9Round to win. They improved the model by providing a 24/7 offering which helped with being able to ways be able to serve your clients. Flip side, it decreases community and having your fitness facility be a place to meet friends and enjoy some laughs while also working out.
