We operate Blaze Pizza restaurants that serve build-your-own, artisan-style pizzas made on an assembly-line format. Guests can choose a featured pizza or customize their own from up to 40 ingredients displayed in the restaurant. We prepare pizzas in an open-hearth oven and fire them in just a few minutes for dine-in, carryout, and online ordering customers. Our restaurants are typically located in retail centers, urban areas, and other high-traffic venues, and some locations may also operate in non-traditional settings such as airports, schools, hotels, and stadiums.
