May 14, 2025Leadership team is amazing. Technology is leading their industry. My issue was being able to commit the time needed to run the business effectively/efficiently. Their marketing is cookie cutter and didn't attract quality leads. The key piece is having an owner that has referral relationships they can leverage while having a staff that is competent. Great brand for the right franchisee, but I was not that.

Don’t walk, run away. Run by absolute children. Don’t take my word for it. Pull the last 4 fdd’s and watch the average unit volumes dwindle. Take it a step further, remove the outliers - top and bottom performers and see what the actual average unit does. Hint, it’s not good. Founder left and now a franchise consultant, Former ceo left for budget blinds then immediately got fired.
