BNI

We provide business networking and referral groups under the BNI® name and system. Our Chapters are made up of 25 or more non-competing business professionals who meet weekly in a structured format to exchange qualified referrals and build business relationships. Members pay an annual subscription fee to participate, and our business earns revenue from the operation of these Chapters. We focus on helping small to medium-sized businesses generate referrals and prospective leads through an organized, repeatable networking model. Our service is delivered through local, membership-based Chapter groups operating within designated territories.

They preached relationships for years. Then the founder sold out to private equity and threw everything away. Profit over people was the new way and they bought back many (most) regions and instead of collecting royalties they paid an employee with no relationships to run a business from a far. And they paid less than the royalties they used to get so they were making 4x or more basically. Private equity ruined a business.
