CarePatrol
Founded in 1993, CarePatrol is the premiere Senior Placement company in the senior care industry. Our vision is: "To be the most trusted source in senior living solutions through expertise and trust." We are the leader and will continue to build this brand...and expand our reach. People need our help now, more than they ever have - there are 10,000 people turning sixty-five every day and that number is growing. CarePatrol President, Becky Bongiovanni, likes to tell the story about when she first started out in this business, when people asked her what she did and she told them, people's response was, "Oh that sounds nice." Now when she tells people about the brand, we tend to hear 1 of 3 things, "I know someone who could use your services"; "I could have used your services 3-months ago"; or "I need your services now." CarePatrol's goal is to reach 250 franchisees by the end of 2025. We will easily reach that goal. Today we 220 franchisees, 196 open, and 24 in training. Why the success? We were first to the market and have been perfecting the business model for over 35 years. Using innovative software, CarePatrol franchisees offer free hands-on assistance to families in need of guidance searching for appropriate living accommodation for the older adults in their lives: assisted living, independent living, and memory care communities. Resulting in a 4.9 out of five on Trustpilot and a 94-Net Promoter Score.
