Jul 2, 2026It's a great concept, but my experience has been very challenging, and if I could go back I would not do it again. The franchise lost the support of Franworth, and leaves too much to the franchisees to pick up. The labor model and build cost is not reflective of my area in the FDD, and I suspect those numbers will change substantially next year. They could use better systems and marketing - and better overall organization. It definitely requires a lot more time from ownership that we were led to believe. No way everything can be done with one studio manager hired just as construction is starting.
