We provide youth sports programs that create and run amateur leagues, camps, tournaments, clinics, training programs, after-school activities, and special events for children under 18. Families sign up through our online registration and billing system, and we coordinate payments, scheduling, and related communication through our technology platform. Our programs currently include sports such as flag football, basketball, soccer, baseball, volleyball, and tennis, along with approved sports-related products like uniforms, jerseys, equipment, trophies, and other apparel. We work with coaches, officials, event staff, and volunteers to deliver the programs in local communities within a defined service area. Parents and guardians are our customers, and we focus on making it easy for them to enroll their children in organized, convenient, and active sports experiences.
