Jabz Boxing
Jabz Boxing is a boxing-inspired fitness studio that delivers a multi-round circuit workout designed to build strength, stamina, and overall health in a motivating group setting. We offer scheduled group classes led by nationally certified instructors, with limited class sizes that give customers a more personal training experience. We also provide one-on-one training sessions during off-peak hours for customers who want more individualized attention. Our studios operate on a membership model, and customers can also buy single classes or class packages and reserve spots through an online schedule. In addition to workouts, we sell supplements, branded merchandise, and boxing gloves, and our primary customers are men and women ages 25 to 55, though anyone age 16 and up can attend.
