We provide dance fitness classes that combine choreographed routines with popular music to help people work toward total fitness. Our instructors teach classes using routines learned through our online routine database, and we offer formats for standard classes, low-impact classes, and children’s programs. We also provide an online exercise program, Jazzercise On Demand, and an education-based nutrition subscription program, Simply Plated, with meal plans, recipes, videos, and a starter guide. In addition, Jazzercise Apparel offers branded clothing, accessories, equipment, and business items. Our services are designed for the general public and are delivered through in-person classes supported by online content and program resources.
