We operate KOA campgrounds that combine recreational vehicle park and campground services under the KOA brand. Our campgrounds provide camping sites and accommodations for travelers using RVs, travel trailers, tents, and KOA Deluxe Cabins while they travel or vacation. We support the business with minimum service and quality standards and require certain amenities to create a consistent guest experience. We organize campgrounds into Journey KOA, Holiday KOA, and Resort KOA categories to align services and marketing with different types of campers. Our campgrounds serve a broad customer base, including families, singles, retirees, and both modest- and higher-income travelers, and may operate seasonally or year-round depending on location.
