They noted some positives, including adequate initial onboarding/training and satisfaction with return on investment, with financial results generally aligning with expectations. However, they reported poor ongoing support, ineffective customer acquisition strategies, and subpar technology, and urged the franchisor to standardize on a single management system, improve clerical responsiveness, and enhance data collection to better assess performance.

Sep 8, 2025Honestly- it use to be a lot better years ago when they focused on franchise owners. Now they take marketing dollars to pay for corporate staff. Everything franchise owners purchase from them (headquarters) is marked up where headquarters is profiting off of owners.
