We serve a variety of prepackaged and made-to-order sushi, Japanese food, soups, hot and cold rice and noodle bowls, vegetable bowls, and other ready-to-serve items. Our business is designed to give customers convenient access to fresh, prepared food where they already shop, work, or visit. A Mai location may prepare food on site, and in some cases we also offer smaller satellite display cases stocked with prepackaged products. We run a food service business built around consistent preparation methods, in-store presentation, and daily retail operations at each location.
