My Gym
We provide children’s fitness programs in a nurturing, non-competitive setting for kids generally from infancy through age 13. Our classes and activities include pre-gymnastics, tumbling, fine and gross motor skills, sports skills, stretching, games, and group activities led by a warm, caring staff. We operate through fixed children’s fitness centers and mobile programs that bring our services to schools, daycare centers, hotels, hospitals, airports, and other institutional facilities. We also sell selected items such as equipment, clothing, toys, and related products. Our business is built around a consistent system of layouts, equipment, methods, and operating standards designed to deliver the same experience across locations.
