My Salon Suite
We provide turnkey salon suite studios and related services for salon professionals. Our businesses lease and manage individual salon suites within an approved location, then sublease those suites to hair stylists, massage therapists, estheticians, nail technicians, and other beauty and wellness professionals. Each suite gives those professionals a private space to serve their own clients while we handle the management and maintenance of the suites and common areas. Our locations are built out from leased commercial space into individual suites with shared amenities like wireless internet. We operate as a single-location salon suite business offering either the My Salon Suite or Salon Plaza brand.
