Jul 8, 2026First, this is a bad business and the CEO does not honor agreements. Look at the data below: All of this data comes directly from NexGen's own 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the legal filing they are required to submit to regulators: — The real investment range per their own FDD is $209K to $856K. I was verbally told $250K-$350K by Bryan Whatley. — NexGen's total ongoing fee load is 18.3% of revenue — more than double the Health & Fitness industry average of 8.4%. — NexGen chose not to disclose any franchisee revenue figures in their FDD. This means any earnings claims made during the sales process had no legal basis whatsoever. He told me that I will be making 200K/year as a absentee owner.(I call BS now) — Franchisor revenue dropped over 40% year over year — from $675K to $388K — per their own audited financials. — Their auditor flagged a Going Concern issue, suggesting potential financial instability at the franchisor level. — Franchised units fell from 17 to 14 over 3 years.
