Pilates ProWorks
Pilates ProWorks provides boutique fitness studio classes centered on Pilates, Matbox, and Tone & Flow workouts. We teach clients through a mix of reformer-based and mat-based classes designed to build core strength, flexibility, balance, and body tone. Many of our classes use our proprietary FitFormer™ machines, and we also offer specialty sessions such as pre- and postnatal classes, new-mother classes, workshops, and private instruction. We operate studio locations that sell memberships, class packages, gift cards, and a small selection of branded fitness apparel, equipment, props, and accessories. We also provide instructor training and digital learning tools to support the delivery of our class methods and studio operations.
