FORMER FRANCHISEE
Number of Locations: 8
The franchisee expressed a strongly negative view of the brand. They reported that financial results have fallen well short of expectations with an unsatisfactory ROI, and they are very unlikely to recommend the brand. Onboarding and ongoing support were described as weak, and the franchisor’s technology needs improvement. While customer acquisition strategies and hiring have been only moderately effective, the top requested improvement was unit economics.
