We provide a home-based real estate investment business focused on distressed residential and, in some cases, commercial properties. We use our proprietary marketing and lead generation program to identify off-market properties and help our operators pursue three main types of transactions: house flipping, wholesaling, and listing/referral transactions. In a house flip, a property is purchased, renovated, and resold for profit; in a wholesale deal, the purchase contract or property is resold quickly to capture the spread. If a property is better suited for sale through a real estate agent, it can be referred for listing and a commission or credit may be earned. Our business serves buyers and sellers of properties in need of repair and operates through a system of tools, training, software, and real estate investment support.
