Songs for Seeds
We provide music classes for families with children from newborn to age six. Our 45-minute classes meet once a week and are designed for parents or caregivers to attend with their child, not as a drop-off program. We offer mixed-age classes, age-specific classes, and Songs for Seeds BABIES for newborns through 12 months, and we can also offer classes for older children. Each class is led by three musician-teachers who perform as a kids’ rock band with guitar, keyboard, and drums, using original songs, familiar top-40 music, and interactive activities that include singing, instruments, movement, and learning themes like animals, colors, numbers, and shapes. We also bring the program to parties and events, where children can join in with instruments, music, and magic tricks.
