We develop and operate extended-stay hotels under the stayAPT Suites and Affordable Suites of America brands. Our hotels provide temporary housing on a weekly and monthly basis at rates generally lower than conventional hotels. Each suite is fully furnished and includes a complete kitchen, separate bedroom, cable television, weekly housekeeping, and access to on-site laundry facilities. We serve guests who need practical, longer-term lodging, including travelers who are temporarily assigned or relocating for work. Our business is a hotel operation built around consistent design, operating standards, and guest services across each property.
