We operate casual dining restaurants built around the traditional seafood boil, serving crab, crawfish, lobster, shrimp, oysters, and other seafood prepared Cajun-style with our signature spice mix and sauces. We create an informal, hands-on dining experience where guests enjoy seafood served at the table in bags over wax paper, with bibs, crackers, and shellfish tools provided.
