Training Mate

My experience with Training Mate throughout the franchise process has been incredibly positive. From the very beginning, I’ve felt supported, informed, and genuinely set up for success. The process of opening a studio comes with a lot of moving pieces, and having a team that is accessible, collaborative, and invested in its franchise partners has made a meaningful difference. I especially want to recognize Gillian, who has been an invaluable resource throughout the entire journey. Her knowledge of the business, responsiveness, and willingness to provide guidance at every stage have been exceptional. She has a great ability to balance sharing her expertise and the Training Mate standards while also listening, problem-solving, and providing practical support when needed. What has stood out most is the genuine partnership. I’ve never felt like I was navigating the process alone. Gillian and the Training Mate team have created an experience that feels personal, supportive, and focused on building a strong foundation for long-term success. I’m incredibly excited about what’s ahead and very grateful to Gillian and the entire Training Mate team for their continued support.

The whole process was very streamlined and professional. The team at Training Mate has been absolutely incredible to work with. For about 6 weeks of so I was taking multiple zoom calls per week with Gillian from Training Mate, other franchisees, the loan broker, the corporate team, and more. They made sure that all my questions were answered along the way so that I was confident that I was making the right decision.
