Most of the duties can be done from anywhere, giving total freedom to the franchisee. We have a proprietary software system that manages the back-end with everything from scheduling, billing, paying Nannie’s and commuicating with clients. We have a rapid break-even and a business model that makes so much sense, when people hear it they always say "why doesn't every nanny agency operate like this?!?!" Important to note: You don't need childcare experience and you don't even have to like kids to be successful at this. It involves zero childcare, just recrutiing/hiring and connecting with families.
