WaterWalk
We operate upscale extended-stay hotels that offer both furnished and unfurnished units with hotel-like services. Our properties are designed for guests who need flexible lodging, including conventional extended-stay travelers and people looking for temporary housing or longer-term residential-style accommodations. We offer studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units, and our hotels can be built new or converted from existing properties where the layout supports kitchens and in-room laundry. Each property follows the WaterWalk System, which includes reservation and property management tools, operating standards, training, marketing support, and quality controls. A WaterWalk location also includes shared amenities such as a Jack’s Place Market, outdoor living space, a fitness center, a game room, and dedicated areas for mail, packages, and unloading for unfurnished units.
