Zooga Yoga provides child-focused yoga and movement classes for children and their families, along with classes for expectant mothers and adults. We combine yoga poses with themed activities, music, and props to create an educational, entertaining experience that supports strength, focus, self-control, and parent-child bonding. Our services include studio classes, in-home private sessions, school programs, camps, parenting workshops, and special events such as birthday parties and Kids’ Nite Out. We primarily serve newborns through age 12, their parents, and expectant mothers. We also sell Zooga-branded retail items such as mats, cards, CDs, DVDs, books, apparel, tote bags, and eye pillows.
