Softroc is a specialty surfacing franchise offering residential and commercial solutions through three complementary service lines: Softroc poured-in-place rubber surfacing, Hardroc natural stone-and-resin overlays, and The Driveway Company concrete and asphalt repair and maintenance services. Our signature Softroc system combines advanced polymer resins with high-quality rubber granules to create a durable, slip-resistant, comfortable, and visually appealing surface. It can be professionally installed over many new or existing surfaces, making it an ideal solution for pool decks, patios, playgrounds, splash pads, walkways, fitness areas, boat decks, and other residential or commercial spaces. Customers can choose from a wide range of colors, patterns, designs, and custom logos. Hardroc expands the offering with a premium stone-and-resin overlay made from natural marble and quartz. Bound with a UV-stable resin, Hardroc creates a seamless, permeable, and durable finish for driveways, patios, walkways, and other outdoor living spaces. The Driveway Company provides concrete and asphalt repair, crack and joint repair, surface preparation, cleaning, maintenance, and protective solutions. This service line helps customers restore damaged surfaces, extend their useful life, and prepare them for future surface upgrades. Together, these three service lines provide franchise owners with multiple revenue opportunities, diverse customer segments, and the ability to pursue both residential and commercial projects—all within one franchise system. The Softroc franchise system was established in 2021, building on more than 30 years of industry knowledge and installation experience. Under new ownership since 2025, Softroc USA is led by a hands-on executive team with extensive experience in franchising, business ownership, operations, sales, and franchisee support. Our goal is simple: provide entrepreneurs with the training, systems, products, technology, and ongoing support needed to build a strong local business while delivering innovative surface solutions that improve the places where people live, work, and play.
