Window Hero brings nearly 20 years of experience to exterior cleaning for residential and commercial customers — window cleaning, pressure washing, soft washing, gutter cleaning, window film installation, and drone cleaning for hard-to-reach surfaces. Window Hero was founded in 2006 in Charlotte, North Carolina by Tyler Kirk, who still operates the Charlotte market as a franchisee today. Tyler started the business with a ladder and a truck, and no expectation that it would become a national brand. By 2020 he had grown it to 13 locations across three states. With demand accelerating regionally and nationally, Window Hero joined the HomeFront Brands family of companies in 2021. Window Hero is a HomeFront Brands company. The HomeFront Brands Family of Companies brings more than 150 years of combined franchise experience and over 800 locations across the United States and Canada. The model is built to stay simple. A focused service menu and a streamlined labor model let owners build a durable base of recurring residential revenue, then layer higher-ticket commercial contracts on top of it.

Mar 6, 20266 locations closed this year. The marketing vendors and strategies just don't work. When you combine that with them taking 14% of the top in royalties/marketing/ call center fees. Their is not much of a path forward to be profitable if you follow there business plans.
